.... we are regularly monitoring the delivery performance of our suppliers, with a view to continuously improving the delivery performance to both our internal production users and to our end customers.
We are frequently required to take suppliers to task for poor delivery performance, so it is a refreshing change to be able to feedback a positive message to a supplier such as yourselves, who have of late shown a high level of delivery consistence to us.
